I must have been lucky, based on other reviews. This was the first place I called and the service was incredible. I was working the day of delivery so I put together a sketch of where the bin should go commenting that it doesn't have to be perfect, but just to give a general idea so I can get around it. I swear I think these guys actually used a ruler. Absolutely incredible. I was expecting to pay much more and wait much longer, but it was there within 24 hours (even though they said it could be sooner) and there were no signs of it being delivered. 100 percent, don't waste your time, just call.
